I have a hilarious video for you below that includes the song “I would walk 1,000 miles)… but first.

I want to share with you one of the most important things I learned from the man who taught me how to “speak and sell”.

He said to me, “Kristin, when you can be the person you are with your best friends and family, when you’re standing in front the room…. it will transform your talks.”

hello

He was right.

And so I decided to invite “Kristin” to come out from behind the curtain.

I stopped silencing the thing I “wanted” to say. The zinger. The goofy punch line waiting to be thrown. Or the hard truth that was the elephant in the room.

To be honest, it felt pretty risky…and scary. But here’s what happened.

Suddenly my talks were vanilla anymore. They were still informative and full of great content… but they also became engaging. Funny. And unexpected.

People were laughing, smiling, and fully engaged. It was WORTH it.

This is the trick that’s no trick at all. Its just pure, 100% unabashedly YOU.

Are you willing to be YOU in your talks, webinars, and strategy sessions?
The REAL YOU.

It might even be a person more powerful than you allow your friends and family to see.

It might be more wild than you let on. (Like the silly video of Mellissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman below)

It might that you’re more serious and feisty.

What is critical… is that you learn how to let go, and be that person in your business and in your presentations.

This video reminds me of me. Its like a peak behind the curtain of what some of us are like, when we’re being ourselves… And its just plain funny so enjoy!

And then consider joining me (and LOTS of amazing leaders, experts, coaches, and authors) at The Rise Live Event.
